PLEASE KEEP THE SIDEWALKS CLEAR OF ICE & SNOW
According to Village Code Section 105-6, no owner, occupant, tenant or
other person owning or occupying any lot or premises in the Village, shall
permit any snow, ice or other substance to collect or remain on any sidewalk.
e Village of Geneseo plows sidewalks as a courtesy, however some
accumulation still remains. e ultimate responsibility and liability for ice and
snow accumulation belongs to the property owner or occupant. Please keep
our sidewalks clear for our many pedestrians.
