NOTICE

NOTICE OF HEARING UPON 2026 PRELIMINARY BUDGET

Notice is hereby given that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Geneseo, N.Y. for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk at 4630 Millennium Drive, Geneseo, N.Y., where it is available for inspection by any interested parties during regular office hours.

Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Geneseo will meet, and review said preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon. The hearing will be held in the Conference Room of the Geneseo Town Office Facility, 4630 Millennium Drive, Geneseo, NY at 4:30 P.M. on the 5thday of November 2025. At that time, any person may provide written or oral comments in favor or against the preliminary budget as compiled, or for or against any items therein contained. Pursuant to Section 113 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officials are hereby specified as follows:

Supervisor                   $42,058.00

Councilman (4) each   $ 7,884.00 

Justices (2) each          $19,019.00
